Techniques for maintaining vocal health and practicing deep breathing

Simple stretches and massage techniques for releasing tension in the neck, tongue, and jaw

Learn & Practice two powerful mantras

Your Guide:

Katie Underwood will share her expertise, drawing from over 35 years of singing, 15 years as a healing practitioner, and a decade of teaching meditation.
