A rejuvenating sound immersion featuring a live soundscape of Tibetan & crystal bowls, chimes, native drums & looped, layered vocals & mantras to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and peace. Short guided meditation, longer sound journey and conclusion with group mantra practice to reground your awareness. An opportunity for meditation, relaxation, self healing and personal insight.
